Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading restaurant operations, recruiting and developing crew and shift leaders, and driving guest-focused hospitality. Manage scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, and recruiting to build a strong, compliant operation. Lead by example to deliver accurate and timely digital orders, ensure top-notch dining room standards, uphold food safety and compliance, and achieve daily and annual sales and cash flow targets. Foster a culture of guest obsession, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on people development, leadership, and operational excellence across all hours of operation.

- Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
