Job Summary
Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management, while ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and top-notch hospitality standards. Manage day-to-day operational business, create schedules, control P&L, forecast sales, and maintain food safety and compliance. Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices to deliver accurate digital orders and ensure the dining room remains guest-ready. Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all hours of operation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day

- Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
