Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by upholding guest standards, ensuring speed and accuracy, and managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management. Direct team delivery of digital orders, maintain a clean and compliant dining environment, and drive financial success through P&L control, sales forecasting, and schedule creation. Work rotating shifts across lunch, dinner, and weekends to provide leadership during all hours while developing crew members and apprentices. This role requires 10 hours of physical work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs.
