Job Summary
Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management, while ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experiences. Manage day-to-day operational business, including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and digital order delivery, to achieve annual sales and cash flow plans. Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards while maintaining a clean, guest-ready dining room. Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50lbs./25kgs.

- Ability to communicate with the Chipotle team and customers
