Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations and people development for a Chipotle General Manager role in Lewisburg. Drive guest-obsessed hospitality, ensure speed and accuracy of service, manage the full employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management), and direct daily operations including scheduling, P&L oversight, sales forecasting, and maintaining food safety and quality standards.
