Job Summary
General Manager leads front-to-back restaurant operations, overseeing recruitment and development of crew, scheduling, P&L management, maintaining food safety and compliance, driving guest-obsessed hospitality, and delivering accurate and on-time digital orders while building a strong, scalable team culture. Responsibilities include creating and managing schedules, achieving sales and cash flow plans, coaching shift leaders and Apprentices, ensuring the dining room is guest-ready, upholding food safety and operational standards, training and developing staff, and driving community engagement and marketing activities to grow the business. The role requires leadership across all hours of operation, ability to stand for long periods, and effective communication with the Chipotle team and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
