Job Summary
Lead a restaurant by upholding top-notch hospitality standards, ensuring speed of service, and maintaining accurate digital order delivery. Manage the full employee lifecycle through recruitment, performance management, and training crew members and shift leaders. Drive overall financial success by creating schedules, controlling P&L, forecasting sales, and achieving annual plans. Ensure dining room cleanliness, food safety compliance, and operational readiness across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts. Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment requiring 10 hours of standing and walking, lifting up to 50lbs, and interacting with customers.
