Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations as General Manager: recruit and develop crew and shift leaders, manage P&L, scheduling, sales forecasting, food safety and compliance, drive throughput and guest experience, and ensure overall financial success. Direct the team to deliver accurate and timely digital orders, uphold high hospitality standards, train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s tools, and cultivate a culture focused on guest obsession and operational excellence. Expect to work across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts, with a strong emphasis on team leadership, performance management, and community engagement to support growth and a positive dining experience.

- Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
