Job Summary
General Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of both FOH and BOH at a Chicago venue; drive sales, manage costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while building a high-performance, team-oriented culture. Lead recruiting, training, coaching, and development of staff; supervise opening/closing shifts; ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance; monitor performance and provide feedback; partner with leadership to achieve volume growth and profitability through strong operational standards and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- experience managing multiple units and/or opening a new store preferred
- ServSafe Certifications required or preferred
