Job Summary
Develop and execute the company's business strategy and annual operating plan, taking full responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow, and budget performance. Lead sales growth across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and selected export markets while building relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners. Oversee manufacturing operations, quality, maintenance, and production planning to improve plant productivity, capacity utilization, yield, and cost efficiency. Ensure reliable procurement, inventory control, supply-chain performance, and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead new-product development, technical-service initiatives, and the high-performing leadership team, providing regular business updates and recommendations to the Board.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 12-15 years of relevant experience, including senior leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing a profit-and-loss function within chemicals, paints, coatings, pigments, inks, plastics or industrial manufacturing
- Strong commercial, operational and financial-management capabilities
- Experience in manufacturing optimization, business development and supply-chain management
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in Arabic & English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is strongly preferred
