Job Summary
General Manager sought to lead a Charleys Philly Steaks restaurant in Laurel, MD. Responsible for managing P&L and controllable costs, ensuring a profitable, safe, and clean operation while delivering a Great Experience Every Time. Oversees hiring, payroll and other HR duties, staff training and supervision, inventory management, opening/closing procedures, maintenance coordination, sanitation and safety compliance, event planning support, and performance of operational duties with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and leadership. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required. Competitive wages with full-time scheduling and benefits implied.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Serve-Safe Certified.
