Job Summary
Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts, and support staff while owning P&L, KPIs, cycle time, and productivity. Hire, coach, and retain top talent to build strong insurance and customer relationships. Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards across the shop. Requires 3+ years of collision repair management experience, strong leadership skills, knowledge of estimating and production flow, and a valid driver's license. Bachelor's degree preferred.
