Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards, coaching team members to build new business and increase growth through local marketing strategies and community events. Examine and process loan applications, enforce quality standards and compliance, and supervise office security including cash management and loss prevention. Conduct proper opening and closing procedures, develop work schedules, and handle complex customer situations with integrity. Maintain store appearance, oversee planograms, and perform duties such as vehicle appraisals and external marketing. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a high-performance environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must be available for weekends
- Full-time work schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
