Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting company standards and coach team members to build new business and increase growth. Lead local marketing strategies, process loan applications, and assess risk within established limits while enforcing quality standards and compliance. Supervise security, cash management, and loss prevention, including verifying cash overages and conducting opening/closing procedures. Participate in hiring, review new employees, and develop work schedules to ensure optimal staffing. Handle complex customer situations with integrity and maintain internal and external store appearance, including overseeing planograms and seasonal materials. Perform duties outside the office for vehicle appraisals and store errands. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week

- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
