Job Summary
General Manager leads all facets of our foodservice operation from culinary concept and cost modeling to execution, guest satisfaction, and performance management. Oversees culinary, logistics, and guest services; develops annual business and culinary plans aligned with revenue targets and brand standards; manages procurement, vendor contracts, and cost controls while ensuring quality and timely catering production and delivery. Partners with Sales, Events, and Marketing to create seasonal promotions and community outreach; mentors chefs, managers, and staff through targeted training and career mapping; champions continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and technology adoption; ensures compliance with health regulations (DHEC, ServSafe, local requirements) and maintains a respectful, drama-free workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years in a senior culinary management role
- proven leadership in multi-unit or large-scale operations
- budgeting and P&L responsibility
- vendor negotiation and procurement
- health and safety compliance knowledge (DHEC/ServSafe)
- exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills
- ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- strong culinary vision and menu development skills
