Job Summary
General Manager responsible for all operations management activities including creating, monitoring, evaluating, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency. Oversees the business leadership team and financial performance; leads KPI development and tracking, budgeting/forecasting, and procurement. Drives performance through daily/weekly leadership meetings, quality control for installation/repair activities, safety/compliance programs, and process improvements across sales, lead generation, pipeline/CRM management, and customer service. Leads a diverse team of technicians, support staff, and managers; provides coaching, training, and mentoring. Manages vendor programs, materials utilization, and timely procurement, while upholding company values and pursuing revenue growth. Minimal requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or four+ years in a similar role), strong communication skills, and HVAC experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years management experience in a matrixed organization
- HVAC industry-specific experience preferred
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- English (Required)
- Spanish (Preferred)
