Job Summary
Oversee operations and leadership for HVAC service delivery with a focus on process optimization, KPI tracking, budgeting, and profitability. Lead department managers, technicians, and support staff; drive performance through daily/weekly leadership meetings; implement and monitor CRM-led sales processes, lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management; manage procurement and vendor programs; ensure quality control and safety compliance; develop and coach a diverse team; set goals, forecast revenue, and measure success against KPIs; accountable for budget adherence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across multiple markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR minimum of four years in a similar role
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- HVAC industry-specific experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a matrixed organization
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Language: English (Required)
- Spanish (Preferred)
