Lead and operate the NYC restaurant portfolio (Rosemary's West Village and related concepts) with a focus on growing operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving overall performance. Demonstrates strong decision-making, problem analysis, and planning skills; communicates effectively; prioritizes customer service and quality; fosters teamwork and flexibility; maintains high energy and stress tolerance to meet high-demand periods. Requires 3-5 years in a comparable role and experience managing at least $5M in annual revenue with a management team of 4-5+.
