Job Summary
Oversee property operations for a portfolio and support the owner and senior management in achieving objectives; manage budgeting, financial reporting, and lease reconciliations; develop and implement staffing plans and ensure on-site personnel performance; review service contracts and negotiate vendor agreements; prepare lease abstracts and supervise financial and operating outputs; perform site visits, ensure safety programs, and drive market initiatives and leasing objectives to maximize asset value; requires a Bachelor’s degree, RPA/CCIM/CPM certification, at least 8 years of property-operations experience, and a valid real estate license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- RPA and CCIM or CPM certification required
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in property operations
- Knowledge in all aspects of business including leasing and construction management
- Must have been responsible for a portfolio of three or more projects with direct reports
- A valid real estate license is required in states where work is performed
