Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of the community including tenant relations, front desk, office administration, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, human resources, payroll, and staff development. Prepare and be accountable for the annual building operating budget, execute revenue and expense controls, and ensure accurate month-end reporting. Direct and supervise all staff while maintaining strong communication, coordinating maintenance schedules, and managing vendor relationships for commercial spaces. Ensure resident retention through programs and functions, handle student concerns and requests, and maintain the property's esthetic condition including snow removal and landscaping. Manage changeover seasons in May and September, adapt to new ideas, and deal with high-stress situations while ensuring all legal standings and health & safety protocols are followed.

Required Qualifications

  • Recognized College Diploma or University Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience or equivalent management experience
