Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading California Pizza Kitchen’s front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a P&L, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
- Passion for execution, hospitality and service
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant FOH environment (preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and coach a diverse team
- Strong customer service focus with emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Experience with labor management and scheduling optimization (budgeting and forecasting)
