Job Summary
Deliver a phenomenal guest experience by leading a team with a people-first mentality to build on California Pizza Kitchen's best-in-class culture. Manage the P&L for the restaurant, building sales, profitability, and guest counts through forecasting, adjusting labor expenditures, and analyzing variances. Foster career growth and cross-training for staff while maintaining a safe environment by complying with sanitation standards. Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. This role requires two years of front-of-house management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and involves sitting, standing, or walking for up to 10 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, faced paced restaurant
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team
- Passionate about execution, hospitality and service
- Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to stoop, bend or kneel
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
