Job Summary
Oversee the daily operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates while monitoring and reviewing financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure all vehicle repairs are conducted thoroughly, safely, and profitably in strict compliance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines. Requires 3+ years of collision management experience, a valid driver's license, and advanced understanding of collision estimatics. Must be able to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs. Join a nationwide network of over 1,700 centers dedicated to restoring customers' lives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- Must have prior experience with CCC1
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
