Job Summary
Manage a team of 15 or more employees, coach staff to assume challenging roles, and lead the operations of a multimillion-dollar restaurant. Execute early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including weeks exceeding 40 hours, while interacting frequently with diverse customers. Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish ability as a plus. Complete 10 weeks of initial hands-on training to master running a fresh, made-from-scratch restaurant concept.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
