Job Summary
Lead a team of 15+ employees, manage a multimillion-dollar restaurant, and mentor staff to assume increasingly challenging roles. Execute hands-on training, develop leadership skills, and interact frequently with customers while coaching employees. Requires 2+ years of management experience, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours, and availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to easily interact with diverse employees
