Job Summary
Lead the Cadillac Lynnfield dealership by planning annual operations, meeting manufacturer volume commitments, and ensuring all volume forecasts are submitted to the factory on time. Hire, train, and motivate all department managers while conducting interviews for every candidate before final hiring decisions are made. Direct and monitor supervisory personnel functions, including completing formal performance evaluations and resolving escalated customer complaints that department managers cannot rectify. Develop merchandising strategies, approve training requests, and review compensation plans to align with company goals. Coordinate weekly meetings with the controller to review departmental forecasts and maintain accurate financial records. Serve as a role model who actively invites team ideas, addresses complaints promptly, and collaborates across departments to enhance the guest experience.
