Job Summary
General Manager - Business Development sought to identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors; prepare and execute strategic BD plans aligned with company goals; track tenders (RFPs, EOIs, RFQs) through portals like GeM, World Bank, ADB; develop sector-specific growth strategies for roads, railways, urban infra, water; build relationships with government bodies, PSUs, private developers; engage with clients for pre-bid meetings and presentations; develop long-term partnerships and alliances; conduct market research and competitor analysis; identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure; represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / related field
