Job Summary
Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors; prepare and execute strategic BD plans aligned with company goals; track upcoming tenders (RFPs, EOIs, RFQs) through portals like GeM, eProcurement, World Bank, ADB; develop sector-specific growth strategies (roads, railways, urban infra, water); build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government bodies, PSUs, private developers); engage with clients for pre-bid meetings and presentations; develop long-term partnerships and alliances; conduct market research and competitor analysis; identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure sectors; represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / related field with more than 15 Years of experience.
