Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including training team members in service excellence and food service practices, while driving sales and controlling costs. Ensure exceptional food standards, uphold policies and procedures, and lead a high-performing team of 30+ employees. Respond rapidly to customer complaints and ensure guest safety and security. Manage a vibrant culture where both guests and staff feel valued, supported by competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision benefits, and a 7-week training program.

- 3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
