Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, recruit and train staff, and manage financial performance including sales, labor, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining a positive, motivating work environment. Engage directly with guests and support local store marketing and community engagement efforts. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of general management experience and previous restaurant management experience, with ServSafe certification needed.
