Lead the Restaurant Management Team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives while managing local marketing, P&L results, and community fundraising efforts. Oversee the AGM, Hospitality Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager, and Kitchen Manager to ensure the restaurant delivers the ultimate experience for sports fans. Analyze financial statements, enforce labor laws and health codes, and champion operational changes.
