Job Summary
As the Sports Bar General Manager, you’ll lead the store’s management team (AGM, Hospitality Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager and Kitchen Manager) to deliver the ultimate fan experience, manage and direct work, drive profitability and compliance, oversee budgeting and P&L results, recruit and train staff, handle customer issues, stock and pricing control, and engage with community fundraising and promotional activities. You’ll be responsible for developing your team, ensuring safety and health regulations are followed, and aligning operations with sales targets and organizational goals. You’ll also influence local restaurant marketing and staff development, with opportunities for career growth into roles like Training General Manager or District Manager.
