Job Summary
General Manager for Buddy’s Home Furnishings; in-person branch leadership role with responsibility for sales, operations, and profitability. Salary $50,000–$100,000 per year plus monthly bonus potential. Requires 21+ age, college degree in business/related field (or equivalent), and at least 2 years of retail/related experience. Driving eligibility may be required; position located at a specified location with no relocation offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management
- Two years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management or merchandising
- Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement)

- Experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management or merchandising
- Ability to lead and manage store operations and staff
- Strong financial statement and reporting skills
- Sales and marketing program implementation experience
