Job Summary
The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, leading the team, finding, hiring, and developing employees. Essential functions include conducting new hire orientation, managing schedules, addressing performance issues, resolving customer problems, and overseeing the restaurant budget. A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment

- Must have reliable transportation

- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
