Job Summary
General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations (FOH and BOH), ensure safety and sanitation, respond to customer complaints, manage financials with P&L statements, source and develop staff through training and coaching, enforce HR laws and best practices, implement strategies to grow sales and promote the brand, and schedule maintenance at the Riverview location. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role
- High school degree or equivalent
