Job Summary
Lead store operations by training and developing team members, managing inventory and supply chain ordering, and driving business growth through creative sales initiatives. Oversee vendor relations, validate training quality, and ensure food and beverage standards are met while personally spending 50-70% of your week behind the bar on customer service and production. Create engaging staff schedules, review timecards, and maintain operational excellence via our auditing platform to achieve company standard scores. Build meaningful ties with the neighborhood to grow local brand loyalty and champion your store's financial performance. Full-time availability of 45 hours per week required, with two peak weekend days.
Required Qualifications
- Experience hiring, developing and managing hospitality teams
- Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
- Love for coffee and customer service
- Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso and equipment is a must
- Strong decision making and multi-taking skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store unit operations in high growth hospitality or consumer brands
- Full Time availability: 45 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (usually weekend days, weekend as described as Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
