Job Summary
Oversee local branch drivers, warehouse operations, and customer service teams to execute the Brenntag Essentials go-to-market strategy while managing P&L, volume, and gross profit metrics. Optimize working capital by improving conversion ratios and inventory management through collaboration with Strategic Suppliers and Product Management. Formulate comprehensive capacity strategies for plant, equipment, and personnel to meet regional growth targets. Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance across all branch personnel, maintaining documented procedures aligned with Sub-Region and Divisional resources. Requires BS in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management with 10+ years in distribution and 5+ years in people leadership.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Business Administration, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Finance
- Minimum of 10 years in distribution or manufacturing environments
- Minimum of 5 years of direct people leadership/management experience
- Strong commercial and chemical distribution background
