Job Summary
Lead and expand a well-established energy services operation in Brazil with full ownership of the country P&L. Develop and execute a robust business plan to double revenue within three years while driving operational excellence and market share expansion. Act as the senior representative to key clients, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Oversee multi-site projects delivered on time and on budget, implementing global best practices adapted to local realities. Build a strong leadership pipeline, mentor high-performing teams, and strengthen a culture rooted in accountability and zero-incident safety standards. Requires 15+ years in Oil & Gas with senior leadership experience and fluency in English and Portuguese.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles with direct P&L ownership
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams in demanding environments
- Strong and proven experience in: Oil & Gas Services
- Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related), Geosciences, Business Administration, or similar
- Full fluency in English
- Portuguese fluency
