Job Summary
General Manager responsible for training, culture, guest satisfaction targets, brand standards execution, and overall financial profitability of the hotel. Lead and communicate goals across housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, sales, and engineering to maximize financial performance and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards. Ensure departments are profitable, delegate authority, supervise staff, provide training including safety procedures, manage HR functions (turnover, development, retention), protect assets via preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests/complaints, ensure Brand satisfaction scores, comply with brand initiatives, allocate funds and approve purchases, produce monthly financial reports, contribute to strategic business planning, manage inventories/par levels, participate in sales activities with the Sales Manager, conduct staff meetings, facilitate open communication to address grievances, coordinate capital improvement projects to maintain quality and asset value.

- Possess knowledge of hospitality industry and business management fields.
