Lead a high-velocity café team through 45-hour weekly shifts, managing Assistant General Managers, shift supervisors, and baristas to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand standards. Execute financial targets by forecasting labor, controlling food costs, and driving sales through upselling and consistent service modeling. Build and develop internal talent by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members while championing a harassment-free culture and ensuring full compliance with food safety and employment laws. Partner with the District Manager and support center to solve operational gaps and uphold integrity in cash handling and inventory management.
