Job Summary
General Manager at Bottleneck Management leading restaurant operations across Oak Brook, Schaumburg, or Naperville locations. Responsible for implementing the Bottleneck culture, coaching and developing managers and staff, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Leads hiring collaboration with the Director of Operations, HR, and Training; conducts manager meetings and one-on-ones; participates in seasonal menu pricing decisions; oversees operational systems and financial controls; and maintains high standards of guest hospitality. Requires 3+ years of restaurant general management experience, strong leadership and financial acumen, ability to manage 20+ staff per shift, and valid food/alcohol certifications as designated by location.
