Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house; drive revenue growth and profitability; recruit, train, and develop staff; ensure health and sanitation compliance; manage inventory, budgeting, and cost controls; cultivate guest, vendor, and community relationships to enhance reputation; monitor industry trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation; coordinate employee evaluations and provide continuous feedback; prepare regular reports for upper management; anticipate issues and propose solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in an upscale/casual fine dining establishment
- Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and achieve operational goals in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and inspiring excellence
- Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements
