Job Summary
General Manager to run daily operations across FOH and BOH for a high-volume casual dining operation, owning the P&L and driving profitable results. Lead recruitment, development, and retention of hourly and management staff; coach the team to meet exacting standards in food, service, and facilities; build leadership strength by developing future leaders. Compensation includes base salary with a profit-sharing program; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, training, cell-phone reimbursement, car allowance after 6 months, and referral program. Location: Saugus, MA (in-person work).
Required Qualifications
- Proven operational leadership experience in casual dining at GM or Senior Manager level
