Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and resolving complaints. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by championing sales building activities, suggestive selling, and maximizing table turnover. Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure high employee engagement and guest satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to OSHA, health, safety, and company policies. Control day-to-day operations through cash control, inventory management, labor optimization, and P&L oversight of food, labor, and carryout costs. Ensure facility maintenance and equipment safety while meeting all legal and corporate standards. Work flexible shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment focused on farm-fresh dining.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
