Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and directing work while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through food cost control, labor optimization, and inventory management. Coach team members, resolve guest complaints, and maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Communicate sales performance to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and occasionally assist with category duties. Model professional behavior to foster engagement and ensure safe work environments for guests and crew.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
