Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while enforcing company policies and safety codes. Build sales, optimize labor and food costs, and ensure profitability through inventory control and financial reporting. Coordinate with the Director of Operations to execute programs, resolve guest issues, and maintain high cleanliness standards. Model professional behavior, coach team members, and maximize table turnover to drive revenue. Work flexible shifts and weekends as needed to support full-time operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
