Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while leading direct reports and driving profitability. Recruit, interview, hire, train, appraise, and discipline employees; resolve complaints and shape a culture of high engagement. Model professional behavior to ensure guest satisfaction, meet and greet guests, and investigate food quality or service issues. Communicate sales performance and variances to management, cascade corporate programs, and champion sales building and suggestive selling. Control day-to-day operations by managing inventory, food and labor costs, reviewing financial reports, and enforcing OSHA, health, and safety codes. Monitor quality standards, maintain facility assets, and assist with category duties as needed. Work a variety of shifts and weekends; prior leadership experience in family dining strongly preferred.

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
