Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution to shape a high-engagement culture. Coordinate labor scheduling, inventory, and financial reports to control food and labor costs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and health codes. Meet and greet guests to resolve service issues, model professional behavior, and maintain facility standards. Monitor quality and cleanliness across all areas while assisting with category duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
