Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while leading direct reports and driving profitability. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage employees including performance appraisals, rewards, discipline, and terminations. Build sales, hit goals, and maximize table turnover through suggestive selling and efficient scheduling. Meet and greet guests, resolve food quality or service issues, and ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance. Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, maintain facility assets, and enforce safe work behaviors. Communicate sales performance and variances to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and occasionally assist with category duties.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
