Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions to shape culture and ensure high employee engagement. Model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere, resolve guest issues, and champion sales activities including suggestive selling and table turnover. Control day-to-day operations by managing food and labor costs, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, and enforcing OSHA and safety codes. Monitor quality standards, cleanliness, and equipment use while ensuring compliance with local health regulations and company assets.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
